Cancellation insurance $5 per person
Cancellation Insurance entitles you to a refund of your ticket price (minus 20% administration fee) if you need to cancel anytime in the lead up to your cruise. Please note Cancellation Insurance must be purchased by every person in your booking (except for free of charge tickets ie infants). For example, if 4 adults were booked, 4 cancellation insurance options must be purchased.

Important Note: When cruising with us, we can cater for 3 basic dietary requirements: Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Lactose free. However please note that these MUST be pre-booked at time of reservation. We will not be able to cater to dietary requirements advised on the day. Unfortunately we cannot cater for guests with allergies/adverse reactions caused by food. Due to the nature of food preparation, it is highly likely that the food may have come into contact with, or contain trace amounts of seafood, tree nuts, soya bean, nuts, eggs or bee products. We cannot be held responsible for consumption/ cross contamination with regards to allergies or dietary requirements. Guests with food allergies may of course still cruise with us at a discounted price (and bring their own meal) however for the reasons explained above, we cannot serve these guests any food. We can cater for some food intolerances however we cannot cater for guests who suffer from food allergies, as such allergies that may cause severe allergic reactions (Anaphylaxis). Please contact the office if you require further information. Please also understand that we cannot change ingredients for food preferences / individual tastes. (i.e I do not like tomatoes). As we are a sailing vessel, we are unable to stock a large amount of excess food on board to suit all requirements/preferences. Our team of chef’s spend an incredible amount of time sourcing and preparing the menu items and are also confined to an extremely short period of time to serve food in order to keep the cruise operating within the allocated time. Due to these reasons (and in order to keep the cruise at a value-for-money price) we simply cannot provide individual chefs to meet specific tastes nor change or swap ingredients to suit individual preferences. If you have not advised us at time of booking of all dietary requirements, we will not be able to cater to you on the day.
