We are always looking for reliable and presentable wait-staff with a view to advancing to floor supervisor roles. Other roles such as assistants to the chef, kitchenhands and ‘dishies” are always coming up throughout the year. Similarly, we are always happy to receive applications from marine crew, be it deckhand or skipper.
