As our cruises are already incredible value for money with all food and beverages included, we don’t offer group discounts, however, if anyone in your group is a senior/teen, child or infant, please let us know as they do travel at discounted rates.
Unfortunately, our booking system does not allow for separate payments. If your group is all paying separately, we ask that you nominate one person in your group to collect the money from everyone, and then that person pays us in one transaction.
No, decorations are not something that we supply, but you are most welcome to bring your own on-board. If you are bringing decorations on board please keep in mind that you are in a public dining room, these must be able to fit onto your table and not obstruct any other guests. The only restriction we do have on decorations is that we DO NOT allow confetti or candles (battery operated are accepted) or any inappropriate decorations. If you are planning to bring any decorations on board please advise your Groups Co-ordinator so that they can arrange priority boarding for you that will allow you to hop on board as soon as the vessel is open so that you can decorate your table.
Speeches (unamplified) can be made at your table/s or if there is an entertainer on board, we would love to organise a ‘shout out’ (eg. “Happy 40th Birthday Zoe”) for you. Please let your Groups Co-Ordinator know what you would like to have.
You can most certainly make a request if you have a preference of boat or level, however as this is not a private booking this cannot be guaranteed. Boat allocations are not usually finalised until the week of the cruise and are determined based on a number of factors such as numbers, mobility needs of guests etc. We do try our best to cater to requests where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
This is not a private area, you do have your own allocated table/s in our dining area and just like any other restaurant, there are other guests seated in the dining room. If you choose to book one of these options, we ask that you please keep this in mind when planning any decorations or speeches. Unfortunately, it is not possible for your table to have some guests with the Ultimate drinks package and some guests without. We do understand that there may be circumstances where one person in your group cannot drink (i.e. pregnant, or does not drink etc.). If this is the case, all guests can choose the cruise only option and purchase drinks throughout the cruise from our bar.
For group bookings of 16 guests or more
Group bookings for 16 guests or more can be made over the phone. To secure a group booking, a 20% deposit must be made at time of booking. This 20% is based on your maximum guest numbers (i.e. the number of guests you are inviting). Final payment for your booking is due 14 days prior to your cruise date. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Please note that this experience is non-refundable so prior to making a booking, please ensure that all parties are willing to proceed. Please check that the date selected is correct prior to making your booking. Deposits/final balances paid are non-refundable.
14 days or greater: Date changes or changes in guest numbers to your booking can be made 14 days or more prior to your travel date (cruise date minus 14) so if you are booked in on Saturday 28th August changes to your booking can be made up until close of business on Saturday 14th August). Date changes may be permitted, subject to availability and excluding special event dates. Alternatively, should you need to cancel your booking we can offer a credit voucher for 100% of the value you have paid to date (not including any surcharges), which can be used for any regular scheduled cruise (excluding special event dates).
Less than 14 days: within 14 days of your cruise date, changes cannot be made to your booking.

This package cannot be refunded therefore please ensure all guests are over 18 years of age prior to finalising your booking.

Celebrating something special and want to bring your own cake on board... let us look after it for you. Cakeage includes us storing/refrigerating your cake, staff presenting cake at your desired time, and Chef cutting and plating your cake so that it can be served to your guests.
