Our Company’s Covid Safe Initiatives

We are GOOD TO GO!

Compliance & Certification – in accordance with QLD Government regulations (or QLD Department of Health regulations).

  • We are now compliant for ‘COVID-19 Hospitality Best Practice 2020’ by Restaurant & Catering

  • All staff have obtained the credentials of ‘COVID Safe for Dining In’ by TAFE Queensland

  • Our business will be following the guidelines within Covid Safe Plans:

    1. ‘Retail Food Services Industry Covid Safe Plan’

    2. ‘Wedding Industry Covid Safe Plan’

    3. ‘QLD Tourism and Accommodation Industry Covid Safe Plan’

Vessels & Dining Ready – our priority is the safety of our guests, staff and suppliers.

  • All vessels will comply with QLD Stage 3 restrictions for safe distancing, allowing 4 square metres per guest. Our capacities have been reduced in accordance.

  • Thorough hygiene practices be actioned prior, during and after all cruises.

  • We will no longer allow self-service of the buffet. Food service practices include a buffet covered by Perspex screens for safe distancing viewing and selection. Strictly Only: Chef to serve.

Passenger participation – with your participation and patience, we can deliver an exceptional dining experience while keeping everyone safe!

  • Sign every person in with our Guest HQ app upon check-in

  • Observe safe distancing markers at check-in, boarding and during your cruise.

  • Use of our Sanitisation Stations prior, during and after your cruise

  • All food and beverage to be consumed while seated onboard.

  • Do not enter the vessel if you are experiencing any Covid symptoms, you have been in a hotspot or overseas OR you have been in contact with anyone that has Covid.
