Thank you for purchasing a voucher with Kookaburra Showboat Cruises. Please find below terms and conditions that apply to your voucher:
• Vouchers are valid for redemption up to the value of vouchers' purchase price. Additional costs may apply for cruise upgrades, optional add-ons or special event days where cruise prices vary
• Treat gift certificate as cash.
• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and any unused portion of the voucher cannot be refunded for cash or transferred to a new voucher
• Valid for one use only.
• Gift Vouchers purchased after 1st March 2018 will not have an expiry date. Gift Certificates purchased prior to 1st March 2018 will expire on the expiry date listed on the certificate.
• The voucher must be redeemed by any recipients who must "travel" before the expiry date of the voucher
• Unfortunately we cannot refund expired gift vouchers however vouchers can be extended for an additional 6 months. This option to extend a vouchers term can only be exercised only 1 month prior to the expiry date of the voucher. To do this, please call our reservations office. Please note that voucher extensions will incur a $20 administration fee
